Land is always the best option. This is because the amount of land available is finite. You cannot develop more land. Investing in land yields better returns than investing in an apartment. You can sell the land to the highest bidder and earn good returns. Alternately you can set up a shop or business enterprise on the land to make money while being the owner of the land.
