| Can a product be truly organic? |
|
Yes, but that presents many problems. In order for a product to be truly organic, it would need to be a
refrigerated product, from the manufacturing plant all the way to the consumer's refrigerator. Do you have Skin Care in your
refrigerator? If not, then there is probably some type of preservative, emulsifier or other ingredient that is not organic, which allows
that product to be put on a shelf. That's just the way it is. If you find a product that is 100% organic, please e-mail us at your
earliest convenience so that we can understand and appreciate that product.

| Can a product be truly natural? |
|
That is a difficult question. The truth is that there are no regulatory agencies that deal with the issue of
natural ingredients. Every Skin Care line claims to have natural ingredients and in truth, they probably do. Very few products are 100%
synthetically derived. Don't let the word natural fool you. Legally, it doesn't mean anything.

| Does Med3 Dermaceuticals use Organic and/or Natural
ingredients? |

Of course we do. We are constantly researching the latest developments in Skin Care and look to find the most
natural or organic ingredients that we can. These include Essential Oils of mandarin, rosemary, chamomile and more, hydrolyzed wheat
protein, vegetable based glycerin, iron oxide, Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Aloe Vera Gel and Jojoba Esters, among many others. Our goal at
Med3 Dermaceuticals is to incorporate the maximum level of natural and organic ingredients to our line while still bringing you safe and
effective skin care.

| Do products with SPF sunscreens protect you? |
|
The truth is there are 2 types of rays, UVA and UVB. The SPF numbers that are found on sunscreens are only a
reflection of UVB protection. Those are the rays that make you red. Research shows that the UVA rays still penetrate the skin AND those
are the rays that are most responsible for aging and skin cancer.
At Med3 Dermaceuticals, we know what it takes to protect you fully from the dangers of the sun. We include Titanium dioxide, a physical
block that truly blocks out the UVA rays which age the skin. Not only are you affected by the sun when you go swimming, or to the beach,
you are affected

| Why are there so few products in the Med3 product line? |
|
At Med3 Dermaceuticals, we research skin composition and how skin behaves when it is in the process of
healing. Using scientific technologies, we are able to mimic some of those same conditions to bring you products with one specific goal
in mind. We see other skin care companies with so many products it would make your head, and wallet, spin. One product line has an
Anti-Oxidant line, a Vitamin C line, an Anti-Aging line, a Firming line, etc. and it makes us wonder, "Why would someone have a
Vitamin C line and not add anti-oxidents, or vise versa?" We also came to the conclusion that the skin around the eyes has the same
nutritional requirements as the skin everywhere else, so we opted to have you use the serum and collagen around the eyes. It's fabulous!
We researched the best ingredients and put them all in one product, thus a product line with 9 products.

| Where are your products made? |
|
Med3 Dermaceuticals is a California based Corporation. We take great pride in the fact that our products are
formulated, produced and packaged in California. No questionable ingredients from questionable countries. Even our tubes are
manufactures in California.

| Is your packaging green? |
|
As green as we can be. We have come to realize that most people throw away their tubes and caps. WE STRONGLY
ENCOURAGE YOU TO RECYCLE ALL TUBES, CAPS AND BOXES! And encourage everybody you know. Most packaging is recyclable and you should
encourage everyone you know to recycle everything they can.
We also use the greenest shipping material for packing and shipping all of our products. Every little bit helps.
