1. How do I shop on Window2India? -
Shopping on Window2India is easy.

Step 1: Click on the Gift Store Link. And browse through the various products displayed. Now take your pick from the several categories.

Setp 2: Choose your Product: Choose and click the respective product for further details of the same. (Price, make, description, serviceable locations et al mentioned there)

Step 3: Click on 'Add to Cart': Here you'd be adding items to your shopping cart. Clicking on this link will display the details of products you've chosen, on the right hand panel. Now select the quantity you'd like to buy from the dropdown.

Step 4: 'Proceed to check out'. Else you may also choose to buy more products.

Step 5: Login Now sign in with your username and password. Not our registered member yet? Create a new user name and click Submit.

Step 6: Enter your recipient information: Here you'll be asked to enter your recipient information and also choose the payment option. Once that's done click on 'Proceed' and the Confirmation Order details will be right before you. If they're correct, click on 'Confirm' and you'll be directed to our payment gateway.

Step 7: Enter payment details: That's all. You're done

On successful transaction you will receive an auto mailer confirming your order details
2. To which all locations do you deliver the products? +
Each of our product pages displays 'Link of Serviceable Locations'. Click on this link to know all about delivery locations.
3. Is this site secure? +
Absolutely! Window2India uses the 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology-the most widely used and strongest method of securing Internet transactions. So simply relax! Your personal data is completely secure.
4. How do I check the status of my order? +
To check the status of your order all you need to do is click on 'My Orders' link on the 'My Account' page.
5. Can I modify my personal information? +
Definitely. Click on 'My Account' page at the top right hand corner to modify your personal information. Further click on 'My Profile' and the Edit Profile page will enable you to modify your personal details.
6. How do I cancel an order? +

7. What if the product I receive is not as per what is shown on your site? +

8. What are the payment options available? +
You may choose any of the following payment options:
  • Credit card
  • Debit card
  • Internet banking
  • Remit2India
9. What is express delivery? What kind of products can I choose to send through express delivery? +
Through Express Delivery your gift will reach your recipient within 24/48hours. You may send flowers along with chocolates, cakes, fresh fruits, cookies and more through Express Delivery.
10. Within how many days will the recipient receive my gift? +
The delivery time of each product is mentioned on the respective product page. Its on the right side of the product image.
11. Is the preferred delivery date the day when my recipient can expect the gift? +
Yes. But do take into account the minimum number of days it'll take to ship your gift before setting the preferred delivery date. Shipping days are mentioned on every product page.
12. Do you deliver goods on Sundays/public holidays? +
No.
13. What if my gift is urgent? +
Incase if your gift is urgent you can either check out our express delivery section wherein few products are available for same day delivery ( if ordered before 11.30a.m. IST ) or write in to us at info@window2india.com and we try our best to work it out for you.
14. What kind of guarantee/warranty can I expect on the goods? +
Our products carry the guarantee/warranty provided by our vendors/sellers. It varies from product to product. However if you need specific details about any product before purchasing you can write to us at : info@window2india.com
15. Can I get a refund? +

Refund can be availed in occurrence of either of the below scenarios:

  1. Late delivery of product (where the delivery is made post the preferred delivery date)
  2. Wrong product delivered (where the product is totally different from what was ordered online)
  3. Dissatisfaction on quality of perishable items - cakes, chocolates, dry fruits and fruits

16. Is shipping free? +
For most of the products shipping is free. You will find a free shipping icon denoting that there are no shipping charges for the same across applicable products.
17. Any hidden charges apart from the shipping cost? +
None. There are no hidden charges other than that displayed on the website.
18. Can I make multiple purchases of the same product simultaneously to be delivered to several locations? +
Yes, this is possible. But you will have to place each order individually
